This is a web application designed in PHP language which is located in every production station and through it the progress of every work can be illustrated.

The application can communicate in real time with the company’s ERP and thus provide direct information on the status of each order in the production stages.

It has been designed to be user friendly and compatible with touch screens.

Production station identification by IP
Different users per station
Simultaneous performance of many tasks per production station
Automatic display of open production orders
Automatic download of recipes from ERP
View of the materials required for production
Possibility to monitor production phases. The phase configuration is given by the ERP.

Display of a technical brochure and image for each production phase and per station
Time recording per phase / produced item / station / user
Possibility to halt a production with multiple causes (insufficiency of raw materials, accident, etc.)
Production manager’s notification about halts and possibility to choose alternative materials
Recording of breaks
Complete execution time statistics and halt reports
Adaptation of the processes to the company’s respective ISO
